A delicious vinegar with a range of aromas, it is produced from Oloroso wine vinegars aged in oak for over 10 years. Pedro Ximénez raisined grape must is also added. An exceptional and unforgettable Gran Reserva vinegar.
D.O.P. Vinegar de Montilla-Moriles. Limited production. 8% acidity
A colour of dark ebony. The aromas are complex and impressive with a mellow finish. Complex, aromas with a hint of raisins, oak and a note of fig. Sweet, dense and fruity.
Delicious with blue cheeses, meats (especially game), salads and sauces.
