A unique organic Athinolia cultivar which has been hand picked very early in the harvest. The oil is cold extracted with a very rapid processing from tree to mill. This is Sparta Groves' flag-ship Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, exhibiting an incredible green colour, with a robust taste which gives a strong peppery sensation at the back of the throat.
