The Founder, Roman Vincent, is passionate about producing top quality extra virgin olive oil. He was the driving force pushing Romano Vincenzo to start their own mill. Roman Easter is the olive oil master. He is a perfectionist and is meticulous in the way he manages the creation of the Romano Vincenzo oils. Finally, there is the Chief Operating Officer is Roman Francis - he is the production expert and knows all there is to know about the milling process.
