Presented in a beautifully designed bottle, with the Fiorellini pattern, this lovely extra virgin olive oil blend is made from a selection of olives of the Nocellara dell Etna variety, Tonda Iblea, Biancolilla in percentages varying from year to year. The olive groves are situated in the volcanic soils of Mount Etna in Sicily.
The oil has intense green hues and its aromas are medium fruity with a sense of freshly cut grass. To taste, it has bitterness balanced with spiciness and a tomato aftertaste;
An excellent choice as a dipping oil, on fresh salads and as a seasoning for legumes and roasts.
