Presented in a beautifully designed bottle, with the Fiorellini pattern, this lovely extra virgin olive oil is the premium "Le Sciare Novecento" oil made from the local Nocellara dell Etna variety. The olive groves are situated in the volcanic soils of Mount Etna in Sicily at a height in excess of 900 metres above sea level, giving a unique character.
The oil has intense green hues and its aromas are medium fruity with a sense of freshly cut grass. To taste, it has bitterness balanced with spiciness and a tomato aftertaste;
An excellent choice as a dipping oil, on fresh salads and as a seasoning for legumes and roasts.
