The Opus Oléa brand was developed in the south of Greece, in the province of Western Messinia. The production is based on a philosophy of family tradition, a commitment to the land and attention to detail and quality. The olive grove is situated on land owned and farmed by the family for over 175 years. The family operation is truly artisanal and focuses solely on koroneiki olive.
Passion is a watchword for Opus Oléa and this is reflected in their approach; respect for the land, the environment, the olive trees and whole of the production process. Tradition is also coupled with the modern and their mill is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. The result is an exceptional mono-varietal koroneiki extra virgin olive oil, full of flavour and character.
