A superb, high quality extra virgin olive oil from Peloponnese in Greece. 100% koroneiki, it has a sublime taste profile with a harmony of aromas including notes of tomato, fresh green almond, the herbs of the olive grove, green apple and artichoke. All of these help to enhance and elevate your food and adds elegance to your dishes.
Opus Oléa feels fresh in the mouth and has a smooth, light consistency. Ideal for dipping with fresh bread, as a drizzle over a fresh salad. It can also be used for roasting and for finishing on meals.
The oil is single origin, hand-harvested from olives grown with sustainable farming methods. The oil is cold extracted at the mill.

Beautiful smell, beautiful taste.
I had greek salad for the first time ever and loved it. When I mentioned getting some oil from Greece (to make it more authentic) I was told any old olive oil would do so I shouldn't bother.
They were SO wrong! This oil brings a really delicious, mild flavour to the food. It also has a really nice smell to it. I would HIGHLY recommend this product, I love it!
