A delicious organic oil from the Olympia region of Greece. It has aromas of fresh apple, ripe tomato, and fresh oregano. The creamy taste of dry herbs comes through on tasting, with Belgian endive bitterness, building to a radish heat. At the finish there is the nuttiness of raw artichoke heart.
Excellent for use with cuisines that have subtle and medium intensity tastes such as fish, salads, pasta, rice, root vegetables, white meats, baking, and desserts.
This oil has won awards every year since 2015 in international competitions in categories ranging from design to quality.

Great oil, pity about the bottles with a grudge.
This oil is wonderful, sip it on its own - bliss. If an oil can be sexy, this is it. Unfortunately, the new bottles are precious with their contents, and refuse to give them up. It took a battle, and some unladylike language, but I won. Worth it!!
