Fresh, fruity and pungent, Olea Prilis oil is obtained from a blend of olives from trees of the Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Leccino cultivars. These are typical varieties for Tuscany which give the oil its strong character. The oil is extracted using state of the art technology of the renowned Mori-Tem mills.
