This organic Peranzana is the perfect choice for those who prefer a milder extra virgin olive oil with a sweet flavour. It is defined as a medium fruity olive oil, but has plenty of character. It is produced by 100% Peranzana olives harvested between October and November each year. Oilalà ensures that the olives are brought to mill within 4 hours from olive picking with a cold pressing to ensure the freshness.
Ideal for dressing sea food or fish salads, boiled fish dishes, steamed shrimps or more classical dishes like salads, pasta or raw vegetables.
