The monovariety peranzana from Oilalà is the perfect choice for those who prefer a milder extra virgin olive oil with a sweet flavour. It is defined as a medium/light fruity olive oil, but is packed full of its own character. Enjoy the subtle flavours of white fruit, lettuce and roasted almonds, slightly peppery after taste. Ideal for dressing sea food or fish salads, boiled fish dishes, steamed shrimps or more classical dishes like salads, pasta or raw vegetables.
