Oilalà Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
Our balsamic vinegar of Modena is crafted from cooked musts and wine vinegar, all aged in oak barrels resulting in a fragrant and spicy balsamic. This vinegar has good balsamic acidity, balanced by the sweetness of cooked musts, slightly acetic and complete with woody aftertaste.
Great for use on fresh or cooked vegetables, to marinate meat or fish but also for soups or second vegetable dishes, green salads, grilled meats and fresh cheeses. If you are feeling adventurous, you could even try it with Sushi and Sashimi.
This vinegar is produced using organic methods, without the use of pesticides and in full respect of the environment. The entire production process is certified and compliant with the highest standards of organic production.
