Nobleza del Sur - Arbequina  500ml Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is a superb example of the arbequina varietal. The olive grove is based at the El Campillo Farm in Jaén and this is an early harvest oil.

It is a bright green, delicate oil with intense herbaceous and fruity aromas. There are sweet fragrances like green apple, banana and green almond. This is complemented with well balanced bitterness and pungency (spiciness). In mouth it there is more complexity and good persistence.

This oil is cold extracted and the olive a milled within a maximum of 4 hours from the harvest of the fruit. 1L of oil is obtained from 10 to 14 kg of olives and it has very low acidity. 

The “Arbequina Premium” EVOO is well matched with foods such as;

• Boiled or grilled fish and shellfish.
• Fruit salads
• Sauces and carpaccios
• Ideal for desserts
