This is a cold extracted extra virgin olive oil made from the green olives early in the harvest from the provinces of Florence, Arezzo and Siena. It has strong character, with intense aroma of fresh olive and light notes of artichoke and wild herbs. It is an oil with a round and balanced taste with herbaceous notes, spicy finish and slightly bitter.
With this format, the oil comes in a convenient 3l bag in a cardboard tube
Well paired with grilled meats and vegetables. Great on carpaccio and salads.
