This Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil comes in a sophisticated case in its regal square-shaped bottle - you might mistake it for an alcoholic spirit, an essence, an elixir or something exclusive, precious and of great rarity…or even a perfume. The name of this oil translates to “Olive Fragrance” and it is an extra virgin olive oil of superlative quality that was conceived, created and signed by Piero Gonnelli himself.

To the nose there is a rich bouquet with fresh almond and artichoke. To taste, there is a harmony of bitter and spicy sensations and herbaceous notes of fresh vegetable. Excellent on shrimp soufflé and on vegetable crudités.
