Balsamic vinegar of del Duca represents the experience of five generations. Using original family recipes with combined with supreme dedication, they have achieved excellence with sublime taste, appreciated all over the world.
The history of the company is clear by the inscription that took place in the year 1891 in the register of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Modena. It was in that year that Adriano Grosoli opened the Premiata Salumeria and began the sale of food specialties w hich he produced: cold cuts, sausages, cheeses, Lambrusco and Balsamic Vinegar.
Since these humble beginnings, the company has been a beacon of quality, recognized in February 1927 in Genoa, at the International Exhibition, during which the “Grand Prix Diploma and Gold Medal to the company Grosoli Adriano for the special processing of traditional products” was awarded.
The Balsamic vinegar of del Duca is synonymous with quality and elegance and represents the city of Modena and its territory worldwide. However, while rooted in history and tradition, the company is constantly utilising modern techniques and technology, creating new products designed to meet the demands of an increasingly demanding consumer.
Now run by the family’s fifth generation, del Duca continues to produce some of the best products emerging from Modena
