Château d'Estoublon - Salonenque 500ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

At Château d’Estoublon, located in the heart of the Alpilles mountain range since 1489, the great Provençal olive varieties are king. Together, they give the essence of the Baux-de-Provence terroir with its unique blend of complexity and freshness.

The farming is carried out in a way which is sustainable and respectful of nature. The harvest takes place from early November to mid-December using cold extraction at their Domaine mill. The result is a fantastic range of extra virgin olive oils.

This oil is elegant, delicate and grassy in nature. Salonenque is a fresh olive oil which develops aromas of citrus fruit. It goes well with white fish, a salad of marinated scallops, fruit salads and in particular with strawberries accompanied by a dash of lemon juice.
