Château d’Estoublon - 200ml Organic Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic, made in Italy, is a perfect balance of sweet and sour aromas and flavours. On the nose, it is sweet and sour, balanced with a long, fruity, woody finish. On the palate, it has the typical acidity of balsamic vinegar. Delicate fruity notes persist.
This vinegar is produced from a selection of the finest organic cooked grape musts and organic red wine vinegar. It is aged in oak barrels for at least 60 days.
Ideal on salads or cooked vegetables, on grilled meat such as beef tenderloin or veal chop. Also excellent with scallops, grilled salmon or lobster.
