Centonze - PGI Sicily Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml Icon Tin
An excellent cold-pressed, filtered extra virgin olive oil from Sicily. It is made from a mixture of Nocellara del Belice - Cerasuola - Biancolilla and is produced from PGI olives grown solely within the company estate “Case di Latomie”.
The oil has very dense colouring, almost opaque. An intense green colour with golden yellow glints. The aroma is spicy with herby hints, full bodied and persistent. To taste, this oil is medium fruity and fully rounded. It is well balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato, almond and artichoke.
Ideal with all fish, vegetable soups, red meat, cheese and all vegetable dishes.
