Centonze -  Organic Nocellara del Belice Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml Ceramic Barocco

This an organic single variety of Nocellara del Belice is produced from olives grown solely within the Centonze estate Case di Latomie. It is a superb organic extra virgin olive oil. The oil is very dense and opaque with an intense green colour and golden yellow glints.

Its aromas are spicy with notes of herbs, and are both full bodied and persistent. To taste the oil is medium fruity and fully rounded, with a spicy finish. A well balanced extra virgin olive oil with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato and sweet almond.

The ceramic bottle is hand made in the Sicilian town of Caltagirone. The designs of the bottles were created in a project based on a passion for ceramics for ancient objects of daily use and for designs of ancient ceramic tiles. The result is a set of beautiful designs which make a fantastic addition to any table.

This organic oil is ideal with raw and cooked fish, vegetable soups, red meat and all vegetable dishes.
