Centonze - Organic Nocellara del Belice 3L Tin Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This single variety of Nocellara del Belice is produced from organic olives. It is a superb organic extra virgin olive oil. The oil is very dense and opaque with an intense green colour and golden yellow glints.
Its aromas are spicy with notes of herbs, and are both full bodied and persistent. To taste the oil is medium fruity and fully rounded, with a spicy finish. A well balanced extra virgin olive oil with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato and sweet almond.
This oil is ideal with raw and cooked fish, vegetable soups, red meat and all vegetable dishes.
