This is a superb LIMITED EDITION unfiltered single variety of Nocellara del Belice produced from the Centonze estate Case di Latomie. It is a delicious early harvest oil, incredibly fresh and packed with the flavour of Nocellara olives. There's a hint of bitterness which is balanced nicely with a good level of spiciness.
This is a great oil to eat with fresh bread or to pour liberally over your salad or raw vegetables. A splash also goes well in soups. It's delicious!
