This limited edition aristocrat of the balsamic world has been cared for for 50 years in barrels made from seven different types of fine wood. The graceful, natural ageing process leads to a magnificent balsamic to be savoured drop by drop - maybe using the porcelain spoon which is included in the box.

Perfect as a digestif at the end of a meal, or drizzled sparingly over strawberries, with 70% dark chocolate or artisanal ice cream. Sublime with oysters and caviar.

Made from 100% cooked grape must, this is a dense, velvety, and balanced, with aromas from various fine woods in which 50 years of ageing take place.
